Then, after the dinner is over and he tries to pay and they say it’s already paid for, I would look him straight in the eye and say “leave your food on the table, Bobby.” Then I would have it wrapped up and give it to homeless people as we leave.

In Texas you don’t have to identify yourself unless you did something wrong… I was in a car of people setting me up, we got pulled over picking up meth, before we got there. Cops pulled behind, everyone gave their names except me. driver had an invalid drivers license. They were gonna make us find a ride then let us go, there were 4 more cops parked after the plugs house. I made them take me home I wasn’t picking up shit. And I moved out their house.

it is pretty dumb there's a comedy board that owns a studio with nothing but microphones, an interface, and a computer. If people knew you only need those three things to record professional-tier audio quality, they wouldn't pay rent for the studio time. That's insane
@christopherkucia10712 жыл бұрын
I’m a musician, i record/mix my own stuff in my basement “studio” with my band. Yes anyone can do it themselves, but good quality equipment is expensive, it can be difficult to learn (or at least a quick initial learning curve for the basics, but then because I haven’t needed to learn more advanced tricks, I just don’t and that limits my production skills/final product) and honestly the ROOM is the MOST important when it comes to audio capture. Not just acoustic treatments, but the actual room. If I paid money to record my music at a professional studio, the final product would obviously be MUCH better, I’d probably get the product quicker than if I worked on it myself (as in they can probably do it faster than me, but also I wouldn’t even spend ANY time mixing it myself) so I can just go, record my playing and then just wait for it to be sent back to me. My fathers studio is much better than mine and his band has been doing this since the 80’s so they have more skill too. I agree with you personally. I will buy cheaper equipment (the cheapest price for the best quality, so I’m always getting mid-tier stuff. Not professional, but not crap) I will record and mix all myself and never step foot in a professional studio and pay to record. But that’s also because it’s my hobby. We play open mics and a couple bar gigs and stuff for FUN. Our recordings are for us and our friends, and when we do post it online it is not with the intent to make money NOR even to attract listeners. We do this as a hobby for ourselves and ourselves only. I’m sure if we were to get big and become a real business band, paying to record at a professional studio would ALMOST be a must. But then again, I’m talking about the full process of writing originals, playing, recording, mixing and then producing within the music industry. Capturing instrument sounds the right way and the best way is much more complex and involved than getting a decent conversation-level human talking voice.

Yes….. the leftovers…. HOLY CRAP. I’m an EXTREMELY generous person and like to treat people and make people happy. Even to the point of compromising my needs, wants, emotions and happiness because I get off on making others happy. It makes me happier to be a bit hungrier than I’d like to be, but making sure the other person is as full as they can be. Because I don’t actually give up my needs and happiness over kindness, I won’t purposefully fuck myself over. So I come from the complete opposite personality than Bobby or more selfish/colder people. But if some one buys someone a dinner, they GIFTED THE DINNER. If you are nice enough to buy a plate of food for someone, that WHOLE plate is now THEIRS. Yes, you are the true owner of that property, but once you made the decision to be nice and gift a plate of food, you can’t take it back after. You gift, it’s theirs now. Obviously this isn’t the case for say, a video game you let someone borrow or even BUY. Or like a couch, you know material things. But food? It’s like saying, hey I’m nice! Here you go! SIKE. It’s like if someone asked to use my phone to make a call, I said yes (and then doing this without telling them before hand) grab it and end the call after 20 seconds and say to the person “only 20 seconds, i pay for the minutes) obviously a half an hour call or hour long call is uncalled for and the phone can be snatched back and you can be morally in the right. But yeah…. That’s straight up psychopath shit, or the most broke, most Jewish, most Chinese, most Indian person EVER. And I’m just being funny saying Indians Chinese and Jews are cheap, so I don’t want to get blamed for being “prejudiced” I shouldn’t have that problem with Bobby’s community though.
