Mercedes having a mental breakdown hits me! I can't imagine what she's going through right now! 😭 The people she lead to die by protecting Bobby, realising how evil he's been and how far he truly went to keep her to himself, and now her child being taken away by the police! Denial and cognitive dissonance can no longer save her, this is all hitting her at once!! And Felix is so understanding he knew she was being self-destructive and trying to distract herself! I'm not excusing her actions, I just feel terrible for the situation she's in right now. 😔

You nearly lost your youngest three times this year to various things(jail, alcohol, fire). You are Demarcus’ father. You have one child left that perhaps will grow up into a great adult. One chance left. You shouldn’t feel bad for this. You have grown in the last two years into a legitimate businessman, a nurturing father and the sweetest person in the village willing to help anyone. I get mercedes loves bobby but she can’t get mad that he got the police on bobby. Every time something bad happens she says she’ll get help for him but she never does and maybe being locked up will help(or could make him worse). He can't get sent down based on a confession. Courts have a strict rule when it comes from a confession because they don't know how that confessions was obtained. The fact Bobby confessed when when james ended the interview and has a right to remain silent and she basically forced ot out of his basically questions as to how she got that confession and it leads to unadmissable.

confessions can't be used in court unless the police can prove it wasn't obtained illegally and fact she forced it out of him is breaking the law especially she kept interrogating bobby right after james ended the interview and bobby has the right to remain silent

@@grantmcroberts4089 His confession wasn't obtained illegally as Bobby confessed when he wasn't under duress by anyone. That's the police's job to prize out a confession from a suspect. The footage from the SD card of price slice cameras proved Bobby guilty he set the shop on fire. If the police are clever they'll do proper investigations into Verity's, Silas's, and Sylver's deaths. All that apart from Sylver's death could potentially put Bobby in jail for life if they proved he had done it.

I'm not bothered what anyone says weather they agree or disagree because mercedes was the least likely person to actually be a mother and give a toss in the end, everyone forgets what the other mothers have done in the village! Dianne defending finn over the rape storyline, warren forgiving joel after murdering his sister Katie, sienna backing niko up for doing alot worse to people than what Bobby has. It might not be right but I know for a fact she's a better mother now than what she ever was, she sent Bobby to America, addiction to cocaine and sleeping with Liam, sleeping with romeo, fighting with sylver all of the time and completely neglecting him. Usually when a man mercedes is seeing dies she jumps onto the next man that walks past but this time was different it took her a few months for her and Felix to become a thing she put her focus on Bobby! I'm not saying what she's doing for him is right im saying she's become a better mother, would you rather her be like this or completely neglect Bobby, watch him do thoes horrible things and do nothing. Atleast she tried to stop and help him yes it didn't work but she just tried to protect him, in the past she would have just turned a blind eye to everything he's done!

Oh my OA FINALLY I’m so glad Bobby’s finally confessed to what he’s done only he left out that he killed Verity and why he did it as well she could’ve helped Verity take down Eric but she can’t cause she’s dead. I understand that Mercedes having a breakdown because having a Child being taken away from a Parent (or Parents) is the most horrible thing for a Mother (or a Father) and even when she asked John Paul “What would you have done if it were your Boys?” Hasn’t she forgotten that Matthew-Jesus has two Fathers Craig and John Paul I really wonder what she’d say to him if he was still here in the village with them. It's about time this storyline has came to a end because it's boring, annoying and Bobby is a brat who kicks off when he can't get his own way. Mercedes needs to stop making excuses for Bobby and I am glad John Paul and Goldie agree with each other about Bobby the psycho.
