Bobby Van was a great talent and probably underrated. He was as good a dancer as anyone, maybe better than most. He just missed the hey day of the movie musicals era or he would've been right up there with Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly. Elaine Joyce also a great dancer and singer, but never got her real shot at doing that in movies or on TV. Mostly known for game shows. Both excellent talents.

He was the perfect game show host. However, I never understood what was entertaining in his dancing wildly around the stage. With the suit Bobby has on and the tie, he looks like a used car salesman who's lost his mind. No disrespect intended, it just makes me laugh.

That "nitwit" won a Tony Award for Best Actress in the Broadway Play Musical "SUGAR" playing the Marilyn Monroe part based on the movie "Some Like It Hot"

She was very intelligent on game shows like Super Password, one of the best who ever appeared on that show. She was older then and had maybe dropped the "dumb blonde" act. I really enjoyed watching her and husband Bobby Van together, especially on Tattletales. They were the best couple on there.
