Find a cheap canoe,kayak or John boat. All together if you found a good deal you can probably have a decent boat and trolling motor or kayak/canoe for $200 bucks

Don't get a stoger save up for a Benelli you won't need to buy a new one for 20years you'll have to buy a stoger every 2 or 3 years if you really use and abuse your gun.

The best shotgun to shoot is the one that fits, points without moving your head around and you can hit with. An expensive gun that you can't shoot well is not as good as an 870 or Mossberg that fits and you shoot really well. Performance over prestige. Bob, do you have any friends with a 28 to borrow? You will fall in love with the 28. It shoots way beyond what you would expect.

The Browning A5 that has been in my family for 74 years and it's still good. If you want a shotgun don't look past the Browning A5 that will cost$2000 but it will last you for life.

I also have an M3000, I'm going on my 6th season with mine shoots great but my extractor when out last season so just be aware that might happen bold rehab kits and extractors are sold out for a while now, switching to the SBE3 this season. for the price, Stoeger is great hope yours continues to run smoothly!!

Using a dab of copper anti-seize on your choke threads will take up some of the slack that causes it to loosen and of course, keep it form seizing up. Try it out. Thanks for the videos!

I love my Winchesters and brownings, I won't shoot anything else. I currently have a Winchester SXP but I wanted to get a Semi also so I went to the gun store and asked if they had any Winchester SX4s, Nope kinda salty but then I seen they had my brownings in stock so I bought a Browning Maxus 2 Wicked Wing Addition so hyped. I currently own a 16 gauge 870, 10 gauge browning BPS and Winchester SXP and I beat the living crap out of my guns I had my SXP for going on 7 years now not one problem with it, and it was only 440$

I`m fond of my Remington Versa Max 2 3/4 - 3 1/2 it was not a cheap gun to me from Walmart $ 700.00 you know Walmart beats everybody prices because all the guns they buy . I had bought the Stoeger m3500 and didn`t like it .

I got an Affinity for $ saving and I LOVE IT. The weight it a little up front and it keep me stable on the birds. Love the way it sits on my shoulder and shoots like butter

I shoot a Winchester SX4, great shooting gun, will cycle low brass 2 3/4" as well as it cycles 3.5" Turkey loads. The only thing some people could possibly want to change is the sites, no rear peep and the front site is just a red bead. I prefer this minimalist set up and I kno many shotguners are custom to this set up but some prefer a little more

Always always always tell the farmer thanks for their time even if they don’t give permission ( you can always ask next year). If they give permission find out where they get coffee and buy them a gift card. Don’t sell all those floaters Bobby, paint a dozen or so flat black and mix em in. You might actually be surprised how well it works.

in my opinion the stoeger m3500 is the best shotgun i’ve had. it’s 3.5 inch. and if you do right by it and clean it every time you use it, it will do right by you. only problem is cheap shells i think winchester jam

I think you should hang on to some of those decoys. Those ghg standards are gold im about to buy some flock on eBay to redo mine, i find if you run flambeau or gunners that mixing those in is the ticket. I have both hand made gunners and flambeau sets and have them set up in different sets one for early season and one for late season. And have teal and special ops ducks to mix in during early season and other ones for late season. I find the widgon and greening have pushed after a few snow falls but the blue wings are still around. I have those same ghg decoys stashed under a table in my man cave and have to say after last season im putting them back into the spread. I had more commitments of big flocks with those decoys mixed in.

The stoeger 3500 is actually very similar to the franchi affinity as far as the price point the stoeger can go from 600 to 900 depending upon what you want with it i have a stoeger and I love it they are all similar to benelli they are all basically the same brand and if you don't care about 3 1/2 shells just go with the m3000

I think the only serious question i would need to ask you is, How do you find a good duck hunting spot? Private or public, I live in Georgia so i just look for swampy areas that hold water b/c i know we probably have wood ducks in them. Other than that, how would you know what to look for and where to look?

I have had both franchi affinity and a300 and I sold my franchi and kept my a300 thousands of rounds dropped in mud sunk in water that gun has been the best gun I’ve ever had and I’ve had a bennelli sbe3 and m2 so I have used several high end guns but something about that a300 ...it does work

Here in Nebraska you need teal and wood duck in your spread as a constant. I was surprised how heavy the teal and wood ducks were even going into late November. Now public goose was a bit harder up here, for me at least.

C E that’s funny. Used to go to stoneys in my early 20’s. We had a good group that used to bar hop downtown Roseville and downtown Sacramento and now and again our destination was stoneys. For turkey I got a couple of private properties that I mainly hunt. But tbh I’ve had most of my turkey luck in National Forest up hwy 50.
