It doesn’t matter how old the message is, the wisdom that makes it up can serve so many for as long as we can access it. Today I’ve been feeling hopeless about ambitions because I’m either distracted by comparing myself to others and/or focus on the obstacles that I can easily hurdle over if I just buckle down and jump over them. I forget that I have a Heavenly Father that loves me. Even the birds have something to eat everyday. Sometimes, I don’t eat when my spirit is hungry though. I fed myself instant gratification and diminished returns to nurture seething fleshly desires. Last night I decided to be better and today I decided to be even better. I just feel like the best way I can turn the gas up is by watching hour of power, encouraging my neighbor, sharing scriptures and sermons with them and being the difference I’ve been wanting in my own life, to others’. It doesn’t ever feel like it’s enough, but I’d like to think that these sermons bring life to me and remind me to be kind to who I am. I feel saved just by watching these and am reminded that I can put my trust in god. I hope I can help others see that too and save a life the way you’ve saved mine.
