I am from Egypt and I speak Arabic fluently and I have read many Arabic books and I can confirm that the Arabic language in the Qur’an in terms of eloquence is impossible to find like it in any other Arabic book. Or imagine that a human being is able to form sentences and words with such precision and harmony.

Many people say same thing about "Hamlet " from william shakespear. I think, what you say is too "subjective ". Do you know, that (old)arabig has big influences of other languages?! For example: Tasawuf =Theosophia (Godes-wisdom) Kaaba =Kubus =cube This words have old greek root. But old-arabic has many words of aramaic. Aramaic is from the same semitic language -family like arabic and hebrew. But aramaic is older than arabic. For example the word "hur-hurris has aramaic root (white) old koran spoke about white grapes, not virgins in paradies. For example al-tabari the scholar had difficultis in few transkations, because in last centuries many arabs did'nt understand aramaic fluenty. Qu'ran Makkah Maddinah has also aramaic roots. Read about syro-aramaic 'Christoph luxemberg '. He wrote a book about it. He speaks very well arabic and aramaic.

@@krystian5849 Arabic is older than Aramaic and Hebrew, Arabic is richer and has a sea of roots that are nonexistent in Aramaic. Arabic, a language richer in roots doesn't need to borrow from a one that is poor in roots and vocabulary but the other way around is true, Aramaic toke many words from the old versions of Arabic dialects spread across the Middle East, Arabic can't be a derived language by necessity, a superior language with the most sophisticated grammar that the Arabs praised and who named it the most eloquent language in a time Aramaic was the dominant language in the Middle East shows us which language was the original and which one was derived from it, Arabic is as old as the history of humans, it's the language of the first civilizations of human kind like the civilization of Iram and 'Ad, it's from the Quran and as a proof it suffice us.

One thought came into my mind while I was watching - before I got interested in islam I always thought all religions were just there, kind of existing next to each other. Didn’t analyze them much at the time. When I learned a bit more it made sense to me that all of them came originally from Islam, cause Islam is there since the begging. It all started with Islam and all “finishes” with it. I remember how mind blowing it was for me when it finally hit home.

The Quaran has threats of hellfire on almost every page. Hell was scary to me, back when I used to be a Christian. But in comparison to Quran, the Bible barely mentions Hell at all. I almost feel the overemphasis on hell starts to make it feel not quite so real, kind of like when a parent threatens their child over and over because it's mere words. And no action. (Either that, or else that He's merely obssesed with punishment.) And even...esp...if those words were true, why would I allow a being to intimidate me into worshiping him out of fear of threats? I search for truth. And I base my life upon what I find; I don't have to be threatened in order to follow it. If religion has to threaten in order to get people to follow it, it kind of loses its potency, as well.
@grantosensei57382 жыл бұрын
@@alethiacharis2480 First, the number of mentions of paradise and hellfire are equal. Because the Quran uses both encouragement and intimidation methods. Since our creator knows better about human nature; He sometimes calls His slaves to Him by enticing them with descriptions of paradise and motivating them by mentioning His rewards and bounties. At other times He calls them to Him by inciting fear by mentioning the Hellfire and its chastening and punishment or the Day of Resurrection and its terrors. At other times, He employs both of these methods together so that each is used in its appropriate place. If you give it some thought, you'll see how crucial it is for us to know hellfire in order to keep ourselves from doing bad deeds. In conclusion, the purpose of intimidation is to protect virtue and society from being controlled by vice. Remember; our creator is merciful and he wants us to enter paradise but some people follow satan and do evil, so he reminds them of this punishment to stop and return back to him.
@DanRaoPkMnTrNr-MEHGIKARP2 жыл бұрын
@@alethiacharis2480 the quran starts every chapter with the Lord's two names of mercy, al rahman and ar raheem, which translate to something along the lines of the merciful and the compassionate. to say that Hell is mentioned on almost every page is an exaggeration as well, and the amount of words referring to heaven and mercy are definitely not overshadowed by where hell is mentioned. If you hate something just say so, don't construe things that don't exist. nobody is forcing you to believe in one religion or another, but to speak things that are not true isn't respectable

Brother, I really like your approach to verifying everything because I am the same way. In fact, that's one of the things that I love about Islam in that we are told to read, search, think, reflect, ponder. In the Quran, over and over again we hear about those who continued in their disbelief because their forefathers told them what to follow instead of actually verifying with logic as God commanded. While the Christian Bible unfortunately has gone through numerous changes and edits there is still some parts that speak truth. As a Muslim myself, my one advise to you brother is to do what the Christian Bible says of the prophets. The Bible says in several verses how the prophets used to pray: "And Jesus fell on his face and prayed" "And Abraham fell on his face and prayed" etc. The only faith that still continues this form of prayer is Islam. My advise is since you truly believe in God and have a background as a Christian I would say do what the Prophets in the Bible did and fall on your face and pray and ask God for his guidance to the truth on your journey. May God guide us all to His Truth. Peace brother.

That is very courageous on your part my brother. I am sure you have already received tons of messages saying, "try not to delay, we never know when we die". It's cliche but it is a good point. I am positive others have already brought it up lol, so I won't bring it up. But a fair warning to you my brotha, learning NEVER stops. There won't come a day where one wakes up and thinks, that's it I have mastered this subject. And that goes for any subject, not just studying Islam. Of course after watching you a few times, I already know you are aware of this, just wanted to remind if I could. I think you just want to finalize the deal and require your own steps. We each have our own journeys and we must also respect yours and your time. You know what you are doing for the most part, you're not a child and you already know what your future may look like. Even if the idea of that future seems kind of fuzzy right now, I think you have a general direction. Peace be upon you my brother and enjoy the journey of seeking and gaining knowledge. One must also ask questions (just as you are currently doing) to get answers and as Muslims we are urged over and over by God in the Quran to "think", "ponder", "contemplate", etc. Anyways Take care man. It is refreshing seeing our fellow human discover the truth and the facade/veil is being removed from over their hearts and minds. They finally start to see and contemplate a bit more clearly. I hope that makes sense lol. Sorry for the long essay I wrote haha.

8:28 Hi Bobby I wanted to give some perspective on this. The idea could be that say for example there are 2 distinct (separate and unique) Gods. If they were both all powerful and different then they wouldn’t come to the same design, or intricacies, since as God they can make the laws as they please and make it suitable for human life. Maybe a better more conceptual example is a tree. If both Gods are different with different wills then they wouldn’t naturally come to the conclusion that that specific tree will be located at that exact specific location. In order for that tree to be there one would have had to overpower the other, or they would have had to compromise. If one overpowered the other and we don’t see the tree transporting around constantly it would mean the overpowered one never got their power back. Or they both compromised to agree to the location of the tree but as an all powerful entity one would try to dominate the other eventually but we see that tree planted in that single location only. Just some thoughts

I see that you are proof of the truthfulness of an Qur’anic text, especially that your analysis of Islamic videos is much better than those who produced them. Allah says in Quran : And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them, Some scholars says if people of book converted to Islam they will better practice and knowledge of Islam rather than born Muslims. But the piont is there is big difference between knowing the truth and following the truth .and that can be by Allah alone . Quran says : Indeed, [O Muḥammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allāh guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.

I heard a story of a student who was studying Hadith sciences and he challenged his teacher to verify a certain Hadith. The teacher narrated the whole chain of narration like he heard him from him etc... till prophet Muhammad(PBHU). The student calmed down. The teacher asked are you satisfied and the student replied yes he is. Then the teacher said fool I randomly said all of these name xD. anyways studying Hadith takes times and please verify them through a Islamic scholar if you have to because you have to see the background of the hadith,

I think it is time for you to call yourself an "ex-Christian", even though it will result in less views. Here's why: When you call yourself a Christian, you are saying to the world that you are an ambassador for Christ -- His representative here on earth. You've departed from that mission a while back when you became a Muslim _da'i._ If Christianity is true, then you are just heaping judgement upon yourself, much like the church of Laodicea in Revelation 3:14ff. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, so I am passing on this warning, not from me, but from the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, my Savior Jesus Christ. If you can't say "Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord" and mean it from the depths of your being, then you've lost the right to call yourself Christian.

untrue my friend , with all due respect we muslims are closer to jesus than christians are. and revere jesus as a very important prophet and as the messiah , not only that but we dress like him and ( sunni = following prophet muhammad's tradition) have beards like him ( same as all the previous prophets did ) and even muslims women are closer to mary than any other religion since we wear the headscarf ( hijab ) like she did even when secular societies are trying to ban it . but this is merely the physical aspects , now for the spiritual aspects mary and jesus were known to be very pious praying several times a day. now muslims pray at the very least 5 times a day . imagine waking up at 4 am for the morning prayer every single day. and who do you think is more humble ? the person that sits on a chair while praying or the person that prostrates with their face down infront of allah ? sadly many muslims today give islam a bad reputation because they do not know a lot about their own religion or they dont take it seriously. mostly because of the shift to secularism in a lot of societies. with that said my point is muslims and islam is the religion of all the prophets and it was there since the beginning , it is the cumulation of all the previous prophets collected in one. the moment bible came , the torah lost its position to it and as soon as the quran came the bible lost its position to it. i mean no offense friend and i am not trying to convince you of anything. you believe what you want at the end of they day , as will i. may allah bless all of us , peace

@@faidoko Your sunnah, be it beard length, clothing, prayer position, number or time, etc. are all outward signs. Muslims reject the majority of Jesus' actual teachings. Would you call yourself a Christian? No? Why not? Could it be because you don't agree with much of what he taught? Now, if you affirm the doctrine of _tahrif,_ understand that this doctrine was introduced several hundred years after Muhammad. The Quran itself claims the inspiration, preservation and authority of the Torah and Injil. Why don't you?
@faidoko2 жыл бұрын
@@aberean my answer is already in the above post , the reason why i dont call myself a christian is because jesus never called himself a christian people that follow him called themselves that hundreds of years later . the word christians comes from the greek word " annointed " since jesus christ is the annointed or messiah. meaning that you call yourselves followers of the messiah that in and of itself is idolatry. , in fact moses even called himself a muslim , and in the quran it is mentioned that when jesus comes back to fight the fake messiah dajjal he ( jesus ) will be asked by god if he was the one that told the people to worship him here is the verse : " 5.116. And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Did you say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah.?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, You would indeed have known it. You know what is in my heart, You I know not what is in Thine. For You know in full all that is hidden. 5.117. "Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou was the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things. 5.118. "If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise." ". once again my friend i mean no ill intent i just wish to pass on the message as our prophets did before us. thank you very much for your reply , we are all sons of adam and i hope we can find the truth so that we may please allah ( god ). in the quran allah said that those that allah doesnt want them to believe , they never will . and those he wants them to believe it will come to them easily. the word muslim means submission to the one true god. and that criteria fits for all the prophets since they all worshipped the same one true god. now why are there so many religions ? allah said that if he wanted he could have made one religion and one race but he made many so that we may meet ome another and get to know one and another . peace to you ( salam aleykom )

@@aberean once again my friend , let me tell you that muslims do not consider the translated quran as a quran. because the quran is only the quran in its authentic arabic language for a reason. translations are done by humans and humans always make mistakes , wether intentionally or unintentionally allah only knows. as for why the divorce happened here is the reason : When Prophet adopted Zayd, he changed Zayd's name to 'son of Muhamad'. But Allah SWT said for the Prophet to marry Zayd's ex wife. This was to establish the fact that no one could take a child as their son and change their name. as for the breasted women you are talking about again this is an issue with translation. check older translations and you will see , but even they are not 100% credible you know how some jokes get lost in translation , this is nothing new the most credible source will always be the quran which is in arabic only why are we not allowed to pray in any other language than arabic ? precicely for that reason. also the reason why the bible the torah , the thalmud , the psalms are all corrupted but still have some semblance of truth in it is because they were all translated at least once or several times over time and thus also modified. the arabic language is chosen by allah because one word can hold tons of different meanings , and a sentence even more. to this day people are still researching and finding new things. nothing in the quran is adressed only at the people that allah was talking to , in facrt those were all choice situations that allah chose for it to be written so that we can learn from them and implement it into our daily lives. as for most of the stuff i listed before you replied to them being of outward value ? this is wrong , there is a reason why the prophets did it and why we must do it aswell. christians get baptized at birth , we wash our whole body 5 times a day before prayer why would that be ? our religion is so similar yet so distant from eachother there is so much misinformation being spread against islam for a reason my friend. i dont have any negativity towards you and i do not intend to offend , regardless of what you believe you have the freedom and choice to believe what you want and i will and should not judge you about that. if i do judge you then i am NOT a muslim , i am not god judging is reserved for god and god alone ! but i can try to correct you in a respectful way , what you do with that is up to you. i love jesus as i love muhammad and noah and mozes and all the other prophets and that is why i want to correct you brother because it hurts my heart when jesus's words are being corrupted into worshipping him. i think of how he must feel to be sent with the message of strict monotheism , and then it changing into worshipping him also yes we do accept the bible, torah, psalms, talmud but in their original uncorrupted forms which sadly are not made availble to the public if i see any of those books i will treat them with the utmost respect , corrupted as it may be it still holds some true words of god in them and i will always treat it as such. all those books are mentioned in the quran so it is mandatory for a muslim to believe in them thank you once again for your message may allah bless you !

So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband’s] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.) Meaning in Ibn kathir : the woman from whom you see ill conduct with her husband, such as when she acts as if she is above her husband, disobeys him, ignores him, dislikes him, and so forth. When these signs appear in a woman, her husband should advise her and remind her of Allah’s torment if she disobeys him. Indeed, Allah ordered the wife to obey her husband and prohibited her from disobeying him, because of the enormity of his rights and all that he does for her. (AS TO THOSE WOMEN ON WHOSE PART YOU SEE ILL CONDUCT, ADMONISH THEM (FIRST)). (abandon them in their beds,) `Ali bin Abi Talhah reported that Ibn `Abbas said “The abandonment refers to not having intercourse with her, to lie on her bed with his back to her.” Several others said similarly. As-Suddi, Ad-Dahhak, `Ikrimah, and Ibn `Abbas, in another narration, added, “Not to speak with her or talk to her.” The Sunan and Musnad compilers recorded that Mu`awiyah bin Haydah Al-Qushayri said, “O Allah’s Messenger! What is the right that the wife of one of us has on him” The Prophet said, «أَنْ تُطْعِمَهَا إِذَا طَعِمْتَ، وَتَكْسُوَهَا إِذَا اكْتَسَيْتَ، وَلَا تَضْرِبِ الْوَجْهَ، وَلَا تُقَبِّحْ، وَلَا تَهْجُرْ إِلَّا فِي الْبَيْت» (To feed her when you eat, cloth her when you buy clothes for yourself, refrain from striking her face or cursing her, and to not abandon her, except in the house.) if advice and ignoring her in the bed do not produce the desired results, you are allowed to discipline the wife, without severe beating. Muslim recorded that Jabir said that during the Farewell Hajj, the Prophet said; «وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ فِي النِّسَاءِ، فَإِنَّهُنَّ عِنْدَكُمْ عَوَانٍ، وَلَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَنْ لَا يُوطِئْنَ فُرُشَكُمْ أَحَدًا تَكْرَهُونَهُ،فَإِنْ فَعَلْنَ ذَلِكَ فَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ضَرْبًا غَيْرَ مُبَرِحٍ، وَلَهُنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوف» (Fear Allah regarding women, for they are your assistants. You have the right on them that they do not allow any person whom you dislike to step on your mat. However, if they do that, you are allowed to discipline them lightly. They have a right on you that you provide them with their provision and clothes, in a reasonable manner.) Ibn `Abbas and several others said that the Ayah refers to a beating that is not violent. Al-Hasan Al-Basri said that it means, a beating that is not severe. (but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance),) meaning, when the wife obeys her husband in all that Allah has allowed, then no means of annoyance from the husband are allowed against his wife. Therefore, in this case, the husband does not have the right to beat her or shun her bed.

@@melanshia ibn baz said about hitting wife(i translated this from google so I don't know if it is accurate): The husband should not resort to beatings except when necessary, when needed, and when other means are not feasible. If hitting her leads to his separation from her, to her family standing on him, and to the occurrence of a major problem; So it is necessary to avoid beatings, and to be patient with what may happen from bad manners, so that God speeds up the situation with the means of treatment, which is exhortation, reminding, or desertion. The husband should be wise; Because beating results in problems, and may lead to what is not required, and what is meant by modification, and what is meant by it is that she revises her mistake. The First Muslim by Lesley Hazleton introduced me to who Muhammad (PBUH) is and led me to Islam. I used to feel skeptic with all the exaggerated explanation by fellow muslims and seek for unbiased view from outside party. And Allah guide me to the right path. Alhamdulillah

I agree. Do your research. As long as you are sincere and humble you will see the truth. May Allah bless you and your loved ones.
