cause of fire ? any idea ? shopping for Bobcat looking at them at auctions, most 2015 and up machines all burned, fire started at engine compartment. Wondering if i should look at 2010 models.

This one was a 14' had issues, but they worked out. You want the 12-13's with the Kubota

Have a 2019 T650, love it, Doosan motor a powerhouse, they warn you in the Owners Manuel to use a 40micron fuel filter, Love my Kubota’s also, just the selectable joysticks rule for controlling implements (CID mower, Quickattach Tree shear, Titan stump bucket and Grapple)

I have two new bobcats with around 500 hours and both had problem with the injection lines. The comon rail ($1,500 new) is made of cast iron and it get rusted easily, now they recommend to ad a second fuel/water separator. Lots of problems with these new machines, not reliable as they used to be.

Kubota makes a great engine. But I'd rather have the doosan any day. Kubota took 40 year old engine architecture and added a dpf filter and def to meet tier 4 emissions. The doosan meets tier 4 with out the dpf filter and 74 hp / below, no def fluid. The Doosan is a great engine with superior torque. It never goes into regeneration because it doesn't have a dpf filter to regenerate. The Kubota burns twice the fuel through the regen process, it sends raw fuel down the exhaust stroke as well as the cumbustion stroke to super heat and clean the particulate matter that the dpf has collected. The Doosan does none of that. A true testament to how good the doosan is? Pull the dipstick and look at the oil...at 100 hour your oil will still be pee yellow in color...after 10 minutes the kubota is jet black with soot. Doosan, all day long.

i run a 2015 S570 bought new 12-15 , company machine i run 5 to 7 hrs 5 days a week Doosan motor i think it's 62 hp , it has current 2640 hrs on it zero problems on the motor , the fuel filters do go when the temps are 20 and below ,maybe a couple a week in severe weather overall pleased with the unit so far , in it's weight class it's a brute of a machine .

I have a s750 and it has the tier 3 Kubota rated at 85 horse. Not sure then they switched to doosan

Hey man nice vid... I have a s570 with the Doosan motor and I have had the computer wig out on me a few times with no cost to me. I only have 350 hr and like you said lots and lots of down time.... went to a Cat 259D and real maker of machinery.

Some people should check the facts before getting on here and telling their story. Kubota has a terrible TIER IV strategy. Doosan is state of the art engine. I have witnessed these very engines with over 3000 hours of hard service that have performed flawless. Not sure who the "service manager" is but sounds like an employee that may have other problems. The 3000$ ecu is a Delphi, the 3000$ lift pump is also Delphi, the air management system was designed by Cummins. and all of the quoted cost are much lower than stated. just saying come on

Once we had our injectors replaced, new turbo, new belt and a few switches replaced we've had a solid 500 hr's no issues.

Yeah, ok Doosan is great. Keep convincing yourself of that. Bobcat switched because Doosan was cheaper. And dealer is lying...my Kubota SVL-95 has a 97 HP engine in it....far more powerful than the requirement the dealer said he needed.

I have a Bobcat T320 that 96hp , thing is a fricken Bull and runs flawless at 4800 hrs since new , minor issues Kubota T2 V3800 , maintenance maintenance make the machine last

Been through a couple of brands but I personally find doosan is an awesome bang for the buck but with anything maintenance is everything..I personally wouldn't buy old or high hour...... gone are the days of komatsu dash 5 machines

Doosan bought Bobcat. They are a huge company like Hyundai. They make ship engine s huge excavator s . Terex track hoe are Doosan. They are all over America now good equipment. South Korea makes excellent equipment. Not Chinese junk

The doosan engine is light years ahead of kubota we have a t 870 bobcat it's rated at 100 hp and it delivers it .I had a kubota svl 90 before this what a gutless under powered piece of crap the company is just like its engine useless

Yeah doosan has been way better for us. I'm a dealer and I'm very pleased with the Doosan engine switch. And Fyi Doosan owns Bobcat. Everyone has downtime with machines, its part of the business just like cars. There isnt a single car dealership or machine dealership that doesnt stay busy with service work.

Doosan bought Bobcat from Ingersoll Rand back in 2007 for 4 billion dollars, it only makes sense for them to use their own engines.

Horse power wasnt all that they were looking at when Doosan put their engine inside of the Bobcat vs the Kubota.FYI Doosan bought Kubota, they didnt swtich to Doosan because it was cheaper. I'm a Bobcat and Doosan dealer. Obviously I'm a little bias towards the Doosan engine but i will say that torque is really what we look for in machines and efficiency. Higher horse power doesnt always equal better power especially when you have to run your machine that high just to get optimal torque. With the Doosan engine you dont have to run your vehicle at high RPM wasting gas to get the performance you need.

Clifton Dickerson so you truly feel that that t595 with the Doosan will our perform a cat 259? I don’t own either one but I’ve been looking at those two machines, trying to get some insight from people

@@capitalstumps3487 I've run both side by side and while the 259 is not a pooch, the T595 will definitely outperform it, especially with SJC controls. Not only that, no DPF like the Cat (Kubota Engine) has so it runs cooler, less fuel (not burning more fuel during regen) and no potential for DPF issues.
