Initially, I found this video to be kind of boring. Been right where you are with stomach issues Bobby! No matter what I ate, cramps, churning, then straight up water shits. Seen multiple Gastros, tried multiple diets, tons of fiber etc and nothing has worked. Only thing that has solved my issues is simply taking 2 multi symptom Imodium every morning. Back to eating whatever I want without issue.
