@@JoshRoyReggae I find it unprofessional for Zanello to continuously talk to the "producer" during every episode. If the "producer" is competent, they should be able to manage the camera and all the behind-the-scenes details without needing live instructions from the interviewer. Additionally, this "producer" can communicate non-verbally, so there's no need for constant dialogue. Zanello's ongoing direct communication with the person behind the camera gives the impression that that person is not a professional and requires constant guidance throughout the recording. For instance, is it really necessary to remind the camera operator that the battery needs to be changed every 20 minutes? That should be handled before or after the session, not during it! It's like a boss who, noticing visitors present, begins to issue instructions to employees on their fundamental tasks-tasks they've mastered and perform daily-just to demonstrate to the guests that he’s the one in charge! Totally unnecessary.
