To be honest, this speech is full of emotion, and it's emotionally touching. Now I know most people with a good knowledge of how emotions affect communication might have a different opinion about his speech but look, anyone with a hint of good conscience would understand that all the experiences Hon. Kyagulanyi have endured with Ugandan Police is too much for any human being to have an emotionless speech, given the chance. What matters is that we got your communication. The other honest truth is that Hon. Kyagulanyi you are not a very talented public speaker, but it's okay, you'll improve with time, most of us are not good public speakers, it's a skill that most people from a lower echelon have a challenge with, besides it's an indicator that you are one of them, you understand them, you've faced what they've faced, you've lived their lifestyles, you've eaten what they've eaten, you've breathed the air they have breathed. ''Tugambire ku Jennifer'' says it all. You really represent a common person. All in all it was a good speech , It got me moved. You have my prayers. Good luck
