Getac K120 - Hands On - 5 Most Common Issues

The complaint I have with the K120 G3 is that it does not support a 8Tb SSD. Officially it supports 2TB which is BS for a new high end model. I needed the laptop to 8TB and it does not. Now I got lucky and found it will support 4TB, but that has lead me to have to be very creative with my use case for which the 2 in 1 was purchased for. Also there is no real support for Windows 10. Yes I know Windows 10 is almost end of life, but the software I have to use only has Windows 10 support. Windows 10 does work with this computer and I have yet to install any of the official Getac drivers and software to see what does and does not work out of the box yet. These were all things that I had emailed Getac about and was told it support. Unfortunately at this time it is a he said, she said because for the life of me I can not find that email conversation. Other than that it has been doing well for what it was purchased for. The only other thing I wish is that the handle for the keyboard was like the CF33 keyboard where it collapse and makes it more compact, but that is more of personal gripe.

Hello, I have a GETAC k120 and the stylus arrived in the post today, I can't figure out why it doesn't work. The touch screen is fully functional and responds beautifully to the touch of a finger, but does not respond to the stylus.

I purchased the K120 a few months ago from you guys, and I love it, but I do have a question. For the first few months, the touch screen was responsive to both my fingers and the pen. But now, finger touches don't work, and the laptop says it only has "pen support." Any ideas?
