It doesn't get any better than this...Doggett's band was morphed out of Louis Jordan's Tympany Five after Louis died. I be you didn't know that...?!

This couldn't be correct. The Bill Doggett recording is dated 1972 and Louis Jordan died in 1975. Perhaps it did occur but later or possibly earlier.
