My favorite Marley song is No woman, No cry! Bob was sent from heaven to bless the world with his anointed talent and make a timeless musical impact that transcends race, religions, politics, cultures, ethnicities, and age. He and his music connect and unite the world in one love. His children, even from different mothers, live out his amazing legacy as one family. Bob once said he's African first, then Jamaican, but he belongs to the universe. His critics are ignored by the millions of fans. Too bad his own father didn't want to get to know him.

I knew and had my life changed by a very special man, who brought Bob into my and my family's lives, and then he became family to us, my stepfather. He was special like Bob. He wanted to spread the love and make all of us one big Rasta world, not necessarily literally but just in spirit. Sharing and connecting. I understand what you mean by "sent from heaven". Like Bob, he was taken young, far too soon.

Conocí a Bob Marley por la radio, recuerdo que trabajaba haciendo la limpieza en una oficina y sonaba esta canción. Era un momento difícil de mi vida donde criaba sola a mis tres hijos pequeños y desde la radio Bob me decía " No woman no cry" "everything is gonna be allright". Fue un momento mágico y alentador. He takes his time to start, he goes over to put his arm around her and sing to her at one point. Also he called her "sister" at points along the way. He seems to linger on the words here, incl the word sister. The more I learn about Queen Rita, the more I want her to have ALL her flowers while she is here to receive them. Bob Marley was something we will never experience again. Not even his sons have the energy you feel, nothing against them, but as soon as a song of his starts, I get instant chills.
@AS-wj1du Жыл бұрын
Yeah no offence. His sons do good for his name but they're not him. I know he's proud of them but only Bob is Bob. I'd love to meet him or Rita because she was right there with him at the start singing and becoming stars. She's amazing too

Because he lived what he wrote! Only the greats reach those heights because of their truth! This man, Peter Tosh and Bunny lived a hard life! Rejected, Robbed, Humiliated, Used! They meant every word! You can’t get that from any silver spoon! Indeed his offspring are talented, but they are imitating, Bob was an original!

My Mum and Dad loved him. I love him too. He brings us hope and happiness from beyond the grave. 43 years later and he still spreads the message of joy. One of the last items i have from my Dad after he passed away is a record of exodus. An old vinyl. Just like to think that is away that my Dad wanted to let me know to be happy. Silly, yeah. But i nice thought to have. Bob Marley died 7 years before i was born, and he stayed relevant throughout my life. Long live his message ti the world.

Dear Marley Estate, I am a huge Bob Marley fan. I love to collect Marley memorabilia. Vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, and more. Every time I listen to “Live!” and “Babylon By Bus”, I always get goosebumps. Marley’s music hits me in a different way. I’m a teenager, so I don’t listen because of the relaxation or the trend. I listen because of the music. One good thing about music is when it hits you you feel no pain. I love Marley’s concerts because of the way he interacts with the crowd. It’s amazing. I would love for you guys to release more concert footage in HD, especially from the Manhattan concert in 1975. I would also love for you guys to release the full complete audio from the pavilion concert in 1978 (Some audio from the performance shown in Babylon By Bus). It would mean a lot to me and all the Marley fans around the world. Would love to hear back from you guys! Thank you! Sincerely, A 15 year old Bob Marley fan.

If only words could be found to describe the beauty that lies in this song. The passion he puts into it, the meaning of the words, the traveling down memory lane, the encouragement to go on despite the difficulties of life, the capturing of losses incurred during life, the hope it inspires. There is hardly a human in this world that will listen to this song and not relate to it in some kind of way. I shall leave the rest for better tongues to tell.
