I’m currently studying to become a classical saxophonist. Making music together with others and somehow touch people positively by doing so is the best state of being for me. What helps me to improve my focus on a daily basis is doing intentional (!) vocal warm ups and vocal workouts. These excercises are vital to maintain and improve my breath control , strength and vocal agility. Every note takes grounding, focus and control. When I first started taking singing classes I was all over the place. Now I can play scales for hours without losing focus. 🎉

I was in harmonious vibration with an above-inflation wage, apparently, but I didn't manifest the wage increase directly. Over a long period of time, I manifested a reasonable work ethic, a rare in-demand skillset, and a good personality and social skills, all of which combined to make my boss want to work hard with her superiors to get me a substantial raise at a time when the rest of my team either got very little or nothing. I've found that it is easier to manifest the things that will naturally lead to the desired outcome than it is to directly manifest the desired outcome from out of nowhere. Now I'm working on manifesting the personal attributes and life situations that will make manifesting a new significant other easier. Everything builds on something you've already manifested.
