To people saying that Falz should face Bob instead of VDM, I think it's clear why he isn't facing Bob. Firstly, it wasn't Bob who brought the audio online, secondly Bob is blatantly denying the audio. So if he takes legal actions against Bob for defamation, it most likely won't hold. This is because Bob can defend himself stating something like, " I never defamed you. I never posted an audio online nor admit to having a voice conversation where I mentioned your name or your dad's name?" So unless Bob comes clean about the audio or there's indisputable proof that gives him no room to lie anymore, Falz can't challenge him. Otherwise it'll be a challenge based on rumor and not facts. VDM bringing the recording forward was a good thing as he exposed the rot in the system. But moving forward when there are third parties involved, using words like "Allegedly" would make a huge difference since he didn't verify from those mentioned if the story is true or hear their own side of it. That way if it turns out to be false, those involved won't sue for defamation since it's an alleged video. And if it turns out to be true, then they will be exposed for who they are.
