Boca Grande, Florida - There's no place like...Florida !!!

SW Florida woke up to a chilly 37 degrees.
Can you believe the weather that is occurring across the US? Even Florida is not out of the eye. Some parts received snow, can you believe that. Here in SW Florida the past two days have been cold, rain, windy and clouds. Not what you would expect, but it is what it is.
The wind on the beach was very cold this morning. Glad for the gloves, hat and scarf as it was needed. There are still some dead fish around and still some vultures. That is where most of the smell is at. Pretty empty out here but I was expecting that today.
In spite of the cold, it was a still a beautiful sight to look out onto the Gulf and see the ocean and listen to the waves.

You are very welcome. Yes, even though it is cold in Florida it cannot compare to up north that is for sure. This week in SW Florida has been cold, damp, cloudy almost like areas up north. Today the temperature is 36. I was waiting for the freezing rain to fall. :). This is supposed to continue still for several days.
