Isla Colón, the main island, is home to the capital, Bocas Town, a central hub with restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

This is Linda, Larry's wife. We are hoping to go to Panama for an exploring and relocation tour just after the first of the year. We have been member's of the Jackie Lang Relocation Tours for a couple of years. I just retired December 31, 2021 and my husband 6 years earlier. This is the best I have seen on Panama, as I just return from there the last day of August 2022 ,it was 18 beautiful days spent,we started out in Panama city 4 days ,then a long 6 hours drive in a coach bus to Boquette 4 day spent,then of to the most beautiful place Bocas del toro where we spent 6 night at the Bird Island nature resort,then off to Bastimetos Island 3 night at coco hill nature lodge,where we walk 45 minutes to wizard Beach ,then walk to red frog Beach, the next day we did it again ,the took a boat charter to Polo Beach for fish lunch ,then more walking days to wizard Beach because it is so beautiful there it is like a dream on the wizard Beach, then then the next day we overnight it Bocas del Toro and back to Panama city for 3 nights now we are done it was so awesome no one can't be unhappy after trip like that ,Panama has so much to offer that I didn't get the chance to do,it is worth it
