why couldn't you use a strobe light? one that doesnt flash rapidly like that of a disco strob anyway. use one that flashes on and off at every second. that could be another way to signal the deaf and hoh.

Strobe lights can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.

when there are boards , are we aloud to use the side boards when rolling a ball towards the pallini ?
