Quick notes bc I don’t have paper: Fretboard: - when you go below the 9th fret you can whip out your thumb and take away the pinky - general rule of thumb hide the thumb above 9th fret - your index, middle, and ring are what your gonna be using the 98% of the time - other 2% goes to the thumb for bass - you can learn the fancy tricks later, but for muting it’s just you hovering on the string and not to light else you might make a harmonic. - i noticed his hands are like the McDonald fries so ig u can keep that position - for his senbonzakura vid he looked like he had a chord position while above the 9th fret idk if I’m just tripping, still trying to figure that one out. - keep your fingers as close to the fretboard as possible Picking: (I play classical idk how he makes the pick cut the strings like butter) - up down up down - wanna go fast on one string up down up down - tilt pick according to the strumming direction ============= Now I assume this is his technique, but don’t expect you be good at it just because you know it. It takes time with practice to get that muscle memory for moving around the frets and picking the strings. I’ll try to study more of his plays so look out for me on his other guitarist channels!

This is great! I already got it down at 90 bpm. The only thing I'm still not sure about are the repeated bendings in the chorus. For some reason it doesn't sound as powerful as it should and a bit off, though maybe I'm just not precise enough to get the right tone out of it.
