Bocksfeld settlement and Albert Einstein's arbor

Bocksfelde in Berlin? Where is this district located? And what does that have to do with Albert Einstein?
Sometimes, by accident, I discover places that I have never seen before. So I passed a settlement from the 1920s while preparing for a bike tour. I've never heard of their architect, Carl Jacobs, but maybe someone can help me.
This is a small video in between, because I don't have time for longer videos right now.

Ich gehe in der Siedlung gern und regelmäßig spazieren. Unglaublich, dass der Architekt sonst unbekannt ist; sein Werk ist jedes Mal aufs neue schön anzusehen.

Ended up nightdriving around exactly the same little neighbourhood a few years back. Driving through the bow shaped by the houses and so forth. Had no idea Einstein was linked to the neighbourhood. Didn’t know it was called Bocksfeld back when I went. Weirdly enough, for somewhy I like hanging out in Dreilinden (when I am in and around Berlin) especially that Dreilinden Europark thingy. Thereat one can find an “Einsteinring” or somesuch. Btw, also got beckoned to Caputh years back too.
