MY THOUGHTS/OPINION ONLY Yes, i agree...1st responders, for the most part, are selfless like that... However, u'll have some, every blue moon, who either have issues prior 2 employ or da job creates too much baggage...& sanity is, sadly, iffy. Side note...what I don't get is why parents jus stood there not try 2 get son out?? If it was my kid, I'd be trying 2 dig em out tearing anything apart 2 help!!

Just like CBS, looks like all NBC shows are no longer available the next day if you don't have Hulu live. I've tried watching via NBC (Peacock) for other shows but it's not available the next day or after. I would need to subscribe to cable or have to pay premium in order to watch the show. Everyone is getting greedy now.

I'm also tired of Regular Peacock because they use to have Chicago Fire & PD seasons both on regular Peacock for free & now they took it off there & put it on Peacock plus/ premium where you have to pay for every episode now . This is a legit danger and quite a few people have died because of it. All that sand collapses on you, and not only can’t you breathe because of the sand covering your face, your chest is completely crushed by the weight meaning you can’t move your chest to breathe.

Genuine question. At that point, would you take the kid out and start doing chest compressions as opposed to putting the mask and waiting for him to breathe on his own? Or I guess it depends if there’s a pulse? Would love to hear from paramedics, drs or other medical professionals.

If he has a pulse and it is not very slow or slowing down, no need to do chest compressions. Give oxygen via a mask. If he doesn't have a pulse just start chest compression once his sternum is freed. If he is not breathing no point of giving oxygen via a mask, you have to force air in to his lungs with ambu or mouth to mouth... hope this is helpful

the sand pile was likely sand that had been dug up. my best guess is that the kid was ginning a deep wide hole (maybe with dads help?) dad stepped away and the hole collapsed in on itself and the kid. the dad wasn't surprised, but rather shocked and panicked
