great work as always, suggestion though, make or get a "copper spoon" i made one with a flattened section of copper pipe that i just use with vice grips. use it as a backer for larger holes. weld wont stick to it and keeps your build up down and makes filling large holes way easier.

Its called a captive washer: goes on the bolt befor the threads are rolled. Really nice of then to do so.. washer never gets lost doing maintenence.

I love your garage setup and also what your able to accomplish in such a tight space is amazing to me. You have me looking at building a add on garage space 🤣. Love the Hatch as you said its getting back to your roots. Also love the welding/fab knowledge you give out. As a welder/fab for 20years everything you give is spot on, quick, solid information for someone new or experienced. Ive learned so much from watching your videos. Getting ready to fix up my 68' F100. Thinking of building it to get back to my roots and do circut track days with it.

U can back the hole your welding up with a peice of aluminum square toon flat stock whatever the weld wont stick to aluminum just pop it off when your sone and on to the next . Love the channel hope to see more old school

Bode have you used all metal before I did on my engine bay and it works way better than body filler no shrinkage or cracking it's been over 10 years and still looks the same

Hey when going to bear metal do you first epoxy primer then body filer or do you body filer and then primer ?
