If you don't mind me saying for glue plastics especially on my fishing gear i use FLOPLAST SC250 SOLVENT CEMENT 250ML its like £7 from screwfix i use this on plastic pipes for my security cameras to protect the wire's, anyways it welds plastics together BUT you only have seconds to compress the plastic back together it sets very very fast, however its brilliant on plastics i keep a bottle in my diy tool kit constantly its one of those glues/welds once you use it once it has endless possibility with plastics and its water proof :)
