I believe sound healing - working with vibration - is a noninvasive way of helping our spirits be happier in our bodies and helping our bodies function more optimally. Think about the impact on the Vagus Nerve. Even humming activates the Vagus Nerve so it can help the body. I have been told by indigenous elders from different continents that the rattles call in the Ancestors. Is this true Bodhi?
