i am from Tripura. we are facing same problem in our state. illegal immigrant came from bangladesh and sattled here permanently. Govt. n politician also use them as their vote bank. they provide illegal house, land, money to them. Indeginous people became minority. during 1950s population of tribal people were 90 percent of total population of state. but in 2011 census it became 31 percent. as total populatio of tripua is 36 lakh. please make video of tripura. Every Kingdom built by invader is based on death of thousands Aboriginal people. Bodo is earliest community in assam with own culture own language. But Being a tribe , Bodos have been oppressed. Bodos are forcefully assimilated. Bodos are never supported by assamese government with own language. Assamese wants Bodos to be assamese. But why should bodos be assamese. If assamese can't be Bengali, Gujrati, Bodo then Bodos cannot be assamese. In 1989 ,Thousands of Bodos were killed by assam movement. Bodos are being victim in Homeland. But I feel disagree with the last part where it is said Bodoland is not possible due to demand according to racial ethnicity.But as far I know, the creation of new states according to the basis of language is valid under State Recognition Act 1956. And Bodoland wants to carve out from Assam under that Act.

Thanks for the video Prashant Sir. I would like to argue that why cant the government pay heed to their demand for statehood? Because as it was suggested by Fazl Ali Commission the criteria for separate state: Cultural and Linguistic Homogenity: Bodos have a different culture and language from that of Immigrants and also other Assamese(which is why we see the roots of demand from pre independence era)
