Being little doesn't define you. It doesn't matter your size. Everyone can do anything they set their mind to. It's all about determination. Little people are still human and deserves to be called by their name. They don't deserve to make fun of. We all need to treat people with kindness and respect. As someone that has gone to the gym everyday for the last 3 years straight, and as a 5'4 man. This never happens, everyone at the gym at some point was insecure about their body. The biggest and strongest guys are usually the nicest. Outside of social media, people that go the the gym are the most supportive people I have met

Bro why were you bullied? your height? your weight? your body? If it was your weight, do some body weight excersizes like push-ups and pull-ups and hanging leg raises. If you need to become less heavy, find your maintenance calories and eat 100-200 below that every day. if you need to gain, eat 100-300 calories above your mantainence. And if it’s height than those people are just assholes
