I love to hear that you have your best body at the age of 44. Thats very motivating and inspiring for me. I feel like we were fed so many limiting believes about how everything get worse with aging 🙄

Thank you so much for this video Rasa! I have always been self conscious about being slim, because I am very small boned, I look like I weigh a lot less than I do and sometimes people comment and say oh you’re so skinny! I am also pear shaped so thinner on the top than I am on the bottom (I also have the booty haha). Overall I am like a size 10 on bottom and about an 8 on top at the moment. I am trying to be more comfortable with my body and how it looks because what matters is how I see myself not what others say. And it was so great to hear your story and that you are happy with yourself and with being a slim size. I hope to have more confidence like you one day!

Body image issues also occur in men though men are not supposed to admit this as they are always suppose to show confidence outwardly however they feel. Shorter men can be insecure about their height and may not ask taller or even same-height women.

Typical aerobics exercises like leg rises , less squats , ballet training .
