A week of editing went into this one really trying to enhance the quality, I hope you enjoyed it even if cycling isn't your thing :)

The editing is super on point. It’s definitely noticeable. And rlly impressive. My personal opinion would be don’t over do it. As sometimes it’s easy to edit edit edit and it’s a bit too fast paced. But this video was super good. Well done

I'm 73kgs and suffered and finished well outside 10 hours. Sure I'm much older than you and have a lifetime of cycling in my legs, but your achievemnet simply defies belief. You're no lightweight and you would think that such muscle bulk would be an impediment - but you have proven otherwise. You must have an incredible cardio output and aerobic capacity. I am simply in awe.

Ive raced against body builders before. One was 100+ kg. Did about 4hrs a week training. Climbed pretty well. Placed high. I wonder why. Did a back of the envelope FFMI (fat free mass index) calc. Put it this way. They can do what they want but i am not that demoralised or as impressed as i initially was. Leave it at that

Quite an interesting video mate well done and well done on commuting to the goal, particularly away from the regular fitness culture that most are used to. Aerobic fitness is completely different and I think it’s always good for others to be exposed to it. Nutrition for cycling is a interesting rabbit hole. For anyone out there looking to table salt for electrolytes when you have an option, it’s not good for you, natural sea salt is what you need, just for reference. Great vid brother

Fair play to you for completing your ride and coming from a bodybuilding background . As for the comment of beer belly for cyclists 😂 we'll they don't have them, well I don't being a cyclist myself and only 67kg . And jerseys I wear are race fit so close fit to body and not baggy. It's probably because you have bodybuilder body. But well done for completing the ride 🎉

I literally coach Gabe, he is always doing the 1%ers, hes always doing some sort of cardio 2+ times week(this is why he was able to capitalise on short notice as he’s already always fit) and he’s got drive to push hard like not many others in this world… he is a truly driven individual. I would never take a client on who claims natty and is not. No offence Gabe but; he also would have no idea where to start if he was to use “help” I can guarantee you that Gabe is 100% natural…. Maybe a couple upper deckies though 😜

all depends on what his training is like prior to starting riding. James Newbury (crossfitter) did an ironman in WA 4 years ago off limited prep and nearly broke 10hrs. He averaged 36km/h for the 180km. clip below. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZDWf3poa5t4g6M

haters gonna hate, if you think something like this required PEDs your standards of what the human body is capable of are incredibly low

I am not a hater in any way; rather, I have been an avid cyclist for over two decades, honing my skills and knowledge through years of dedicated practice. My assertion stands firm at 100%, rooted in my extensive experience in cycling. Moreover, I possess a profound understanding of human anatomy and physiology, further bolstering the validity of my statements. I would recommend the deletion of the video to avoid creating false expectations. @@anabolicgabe
