Bodybuildings helped alot more people then it's hurt, before bodybuilding people always use to tell me how skinny i was,i was 5'9 140 pounds. after several years of bodybuilding my confidence is high and i feel great, now im 196. Now i was in a bar hanging out and someone told me i look like i live in a gym, you couldn't tear that smile off my face with a nuke bomb. Bodybuild changed my life.

+GaDGeT M1x We dont lift weights 4 hours straight. On top of that, on and off cycle of roids, we still put in same hours. Its complete bullshit about over training. After years of training, 1 hour at the gym wont cut it for us anymore, whether you are natty or not. Its pretty amazing how everyone pin points at roids. I usually spend about 2 hours and a half at the gym on off season, and on season I add in cardio morning and cardio at night. I few of my buds lift 7 days a week and are complete naturals and I guarantee people will judge them for using roids. Me on the other hand, yes I use roids. Do I get a lot of negative feedback? Of course I do. But my body, my life and its what I want and thats when you have to say, fuck everyone else's opinion. And yes I compete, yes I have a career, yes I have a family. So when people say they dont have time, thats just an excuse.
@RWWRENTAL9 жыл бұрын
+GaDGeT M1x I am not pro, but I am trying to get a pro card....maybe one day. But I work out with more unpopular pros in Colorado and we usually stay about 2 hours at most. While I was in college, I went maybe an hour; ha! Anyone who wants advice, go ahead and ask. Its almost the same crap for nattys and roiders only difference is, hyperplasia happens. thats all roids do ... and yeah... recovery. But it is hard work, cardio AM then cardio PM

+primalfury2011 pretty much! like most people I work 10 hour shifts but still have time to get in my cardio and hit weights for 2 hours. I dont have kids though and also live with my fiance. So pretty much anyone can do it. (not sure if you have kids) that I would have to admit would be challenging. But also have a job that lets me eat anytime..i mean yeah some people are more fortunate than others, but they can make it work but you are str8 on brother. 2 hour weights...do some cardio..some stretching aint bad..that even burns calories lol

Steriods or no Steriods, keep in mind hat those guys don't train 4 hours in a row. But they train it seperated over the day. Like 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. You must have a sponsor in order to be able to do that.
