You should only do static stretches after all the workout is complete
@amontenegro137 жыл бұрын
I am finally keeping up!!!!!!
@Zumbunnies6 жыл бұрын
Please explain why you would do static stretching first? This goes against common methodology. I would flip this workout with the stretch at the end. Otherwise, looks like a killer workout!!!
@suzi_in_zone6B6 жыл бұрын
Zumbunnies Did you watch from the very beginning?? They didn't do static stretching first. They did a 3 minute dynamic warm up to begin the workout before the static stretching. And it isn't common methodology anymore. Check out some recent data and studies. Research is again showing that static stretching is actually okay to start off with. I personally prefer a nice warm up and dynamic movements before I do any static stretching, but exercise science is always evolving. We're also beginning to realize it isn't bad for your knee to go past your toes when doing lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and movements of that nature. Go figure.

I have been having achelies pain throughout the night .. Is their something I can do for that? I workout everyday and warmup before everytime not understanding why this si happening . Can you please help me ?
@nigoraraufova62944 жыл бұрын
I am by no means an expert. Perhaps, you should take a few days rest. When you get back into it, place particular attention to your form.

how much would I lose from these exercises? I wanna lose 10kg in a month is that possible?
@amontenegro137 жыл бұрын
All depends of how much your weight? How you eat and exercise? The more you weight the more you can loose in a month!
