Yes, but that wasn’t one of the listed ways he obstructed their duties in the official police report. None of the alleged criminal acts are shown in this video, the only thing we see is an old man bracing himself after being pushed on uneven terrain. The video clearly shows what the lawyer claimed happened did indeed happen, it just leaves out the context leading up to the situation.

My Dad went to college after his time in the Marine Corps which included a tour in Vietnam. One of his professors during his first semester asked if anyone in the room was a veteran. When my Dad and a few others raised their hand, he told them they might as well drop the course because he was going to flunk them. I this happened three more times in my Dad’s four years in college (1970-1974). Jewish students will face the same thing now.

To have your life ruined over touching a bike? That is horrible! He obviously felt threatened, it was a misdemeanor, he hurt nobody... this is insane. He should sue.
