All depends on location, all my vehicles have been tinted windshield and never pulled over for it. And never even mention when I've been pulled over for other stuff.. Also you can get a note on your license from an eye doctor that allows you to have tinted windshield.

The car is probably under a corporation aka "company/business vehicle"... when you get rich and famous you should always separate yourself from ANY liability... a car is 100% a liability... the car is probably smoke and mirrors / magically registered ...for taxes, liabilities, etc etc ...if they are smart... but them 2 boys aint the smartest... hopefully the managers did their job to help them avoid/fight liabilities, seizures, excess taxes.
