You may notice that in this video my splits aren’t good, they’re in fact significantly worse than the past. The reason for this is an injury that occurred in the last year of a building project. I will be sharing more details as well as documenting my return to full health on the channel to help others who have had the same issues. Happy stretching 💪

Hi Tom, could you make a video on how to program stretching for the big 5? You have 20 min long videos for them but I can hardly do 1h+ of stretching to cover them all (even with only one set). Should we do 1 of the big 5 per day, but then it feels too little. How would you do? Thanks

This is the first side split routine I've tried where I can really feel my adductors working in the right way. Hope that means I'm finally making progress with my mobility. Thanks so much

Thank you for this video ! Guys I was wondering can we do this routine at the end of a heavy leg day? Or it could be better to do that after a upper session?

I just did it for my post leg day cooldown/stretch and it felt really good! (My glutes were already tired so maybe I didn’t have max effort on the leg raises). Felt good regardless:)

Hi, I aim at getting my middle and front split in the next 6 months 2023,please note that i had my front split from one your early video some years ago in 6 months but now ive lost it. But i know if i practice again it gonna come back quick. I would like to know will i see progress in both split if i practice 3x times per week each? Or doing both gonna make it longer to reach both goal?

@@shrek9628 thanks for your comment if you take note of my comment you will see ive lost it and need to work on it again to get it back(the front split) i aim to have the middle split also and plan on working on both and wonder if doing so might hinder progress in one or another ? Or is it better to focus on only one at a time.
