I think this video shows Alice running somewhere, and getting trapped in some place where she's hated/ignored by everyone. Misanthrope = someone who hates people or society, and in turn this drives her crazy and now she also hates everyone, possibly leading to murders. At the end, the person who brought her there (early text in the video) confronts her and she was probably going to attempt to kill him.

Okay so this is what I got out of it: Alice here really needed to use the restroom, which is the reason for all those symbols... In something of a completely different style. The service she was in was way too drawn out, and when she went there, she thought she'd have "relief!" Only to be met with a line in the restroom, for the stall. Cue instant misanthropy. She starts killing people. Notice the severe absence of the "lavatory symbols". Lots of red screens and slashes. Now she is satisfied. And that's it.

What can i say about this? The art style is beautifull, the effects mix perfectly with every sound that makes, and that is saying a lot, when the video always have someting moving and a many effect every 5 seconds. Another version of Alice in worderland (I love almost everything based of that book BTW) The visuals are too fast and too confusing, that remenber me the felling of the first time i read that book, nothing makes sense, but maybe, just maybe deep in that nonsense is a menaing, a reason. For last the music i just want to say 1 thing: Is the best thing about the video Maybe it is something personal, but i find this a lovely piece of art.

How I interpret it is that Alice hadn’t socially interacted much before, and had made fantasies on what humanity would be like, all more interesting than reality. As soon as she was allowed to meet other people, she raced out the door, eager to see what would be true and meet new people. She was entertained for a while, but soon started to notice that everything was things she’d seen before, and that humanity was boring. This is also why everyone is the generic signs used in places such as restrooms, they were all the same to her. She was boring too, she had fallen into place with these patterns of how people act, and she was constantly exposed to it now, and developed a misanthropic mindset. She ways disappointed that it wasn’t as great as she’d expected, and decided to get rid of it. The person we see is someone who’s more different, and doesn’t fall exactly into a pattern, and that’s why Alice stops for a moment. One of the best songs out there personally, can’t believe it’s this old!
