I just saw one the other day when I took my kids to the pool. Another mom had one and I was like, "OMG I need one of those in my life!" I went online and searched for them, thinking they were maybe 20 bucks. I was appalled at how expensive they are. 😭

How do you get the straps to stand straight when holding? I received one as a birthday gift and I love it for nursing school but my straps are crooked when I lift my bag.

It's actually very easy - you just twist one side. I watched a KZbin video on how to untwist the straps.
