I'm so envious of the beautiful things you find at your thrift stores. We don't have stores like this in South Africa, we are such a third world country. Those shops that are around you pay an arm and a leg for them. Even our flea markets are not the real type of flea markets, they charge what you would pay at a normal shop. I would love to be able to thrift. I'm also trying do my home with more of a boho style, again not easy to find the amazing stuff you are able to access. Anyway, love watching your diys etc. A video of your home, which we get to see a little of would be awesome. 🌹

Loved your video! So glad it popped up! Great haul too Katia. I think my favorite home decor piece was the lamp (why are they so expensive retail...geez!). It was very high end looking. My favorite clothing/accessory item was the two little purses. So cute and perfect for a night out without a bulky bag! You rocked all the fashion girl and you have very good taste. I love everything! But the little beaded purse was the best for me. I have a unique collection of purses. Some silver some beaded some sequined and some wood. That little beaded purse was beautiful. As for the wicker trash basket you could get something to put on top to make a side table and you can even put some throw blankets in there or even your special pillow cases. Your taste is similar to mine in some ways. I look forward to all your videos.

I've had your style forever. I'm an older woman and I still have this Boho style. I get my hats from GiGi Pip. My sister just custom made me a blue jean hat like the one you are wearing ad well as a jean Tam. She used a pair of her husband's jeans to make them. 😁♥️

Your show is like a breath of fresh air. Light and beautiful, I would use to explain your home. You were asking about the bowl that had two sides. At 5:50. It was used as a place to put out nuts. The fifties through the seventies people entertained quite a lot. My dad was an engineer and worked in the space industry. Mom and dad always had “dinner parties”. What they called “soup to nuts” which meant dinner would start with soup and end with nuts. Nuts meant dad was drinking a scotch smoking his pipe, along with the men in the den. Mom was busy gossiping with her friends, quite literally. Wow, thank you for evoking that great memory💖 It probably is teak. I know mom and dad’s was. Be safe.

The little beaded purse is a treasure. All your purses are really cute. I'm sorry but I couldn't understand what you were saying about a "council". I think you were referring to a CONsole - a type of buffet or cabinet. I love your white bubble sleeved sweater. That's what it is ... A sweater. A vest by definition has no sleeves. You find some really good around the house items. My favorite in this video got to be the puffy sleeve sweater. Did you say it was on the men rack? Some must have put it there so that it would not be found until that ticket was on sale. The do this a lot at the local Goodwill I shop at.
