The first time I tried this yoga workout in stopped within 3 minutes finding it too hard. I have been trying her yoga workouts for a week now always avoiding this one. Today I challenged myself and I completed the full 20 minutes. Just never give up guys it's all in the head !

I slowed the play speed to 75% so I could keep up. I’m 67 😁. I competed this yoga workout. When I was a YMCA member there was a yoga instructor whose yoga classes were always a challenging workout. This one reminded me of her classes.

I lost 13 kilos in a month doing this 5 times a week 😂 I swear this is very effective. I can do it now without breathing heavingly or pausing. I still have difficulty with the flexibility and warrior 3 .
