I am happy for the Philippines with it’s construction age. However, I do hope that you would also allot resources for maintenance such as constantly updating the paint, investing in pressure washers to remove mold, keeping the plants healthy, grass properly mowed and edged, among others. All the building won’t amount to anything if not maintained.
