Favorite kind of fishing! I work on sport boats outta Channel Islands and it’s so much fun to fish bass all day on the smaller boats like the island Tak or sea jay. I fish the sp minnow a lot, swimbaits, soft jerkbaits, and weedless. If fishing a skiff like yours I’ll fish more hardbaits like the diving or crankbaits. Not that they won’t work on sport boat but sometimes hard to fish them over the right spot with everyone else fishing bait or your all trying to cast on top of the main rock structures. But great video been following you, decker, Justin, Benny and few others for years. Always gives me new ideas that I use in freshwater to try in salt that I don’t normally would have thought off

Get your swivels and treble hooks brazed on it's worth it. First time you try to turn their head is just going to bust that regular swivel

I noticed you use the lures with treble hooks do you change any of them to the single types of hooks? What's your thoughts on the singles? Thanks.

I use singles when fishing hardbaits around kelp but prefer trebles in open water.
