Its a great part of history. Im really glad ive seen this while it was almost untouched. I dont like seeing this getting down

Wow nice! Thats my job, im a pipe coverer here in Montreal. local 58, Quebec. Must have been a nice job to do in these tunnels, endless straight lines of pipes. I can only imagine the heat in these tunnels when the steam was on. I hope your lungs didnt suffered that much from the asbestos?

Hey,here in NY we eat asbestos at coffee break ,lunch WE LOVE IT (only kidding , im 43 yrs. old so I never put on like my father and uncle did , but yea ive worked around it all the time ,those guys new what they were doing, yea it was a fun job straight runs 10" pipe, but I always felt a presence down in there, by the way hows St.Christopher st. ????? I miss that place and the Laurentian mtns. used to ski up at grey rocks ... Erik Vonderlieth

i live on long island and i just read in the paper today that they are going to begin demolishing everything... they said demolition will be done november 2013... sad.. had so much fun in there when i was younger... havent been since i was almost arrested.. ick

i actually insulated a large run of piping at kings park , in the tunnels , one tunnel lead to a small room , one wire light bulb lit, old wooden wheel chair, straight jacket hung on wall, old doll laying on floor , was kind scary !!! ERIK (was a pipe coverer local 12 new york)

@burntvalve86 Oh no dont tell me they gonna destroy the gorgeous 93, if its the case i gotta hit that place again before it happens seriously, its an amazing building. I gotta drive like 400 miles for it, but i think its worth it. I didnt saw the activity center and the bldg 139 neither. Take care burntvalve86. Thanks for watching my stuff.

Tried to get into the morgue here and it was sealed and bolted shut..was just there about 2 weeks ago...I heard they were gonna start demolishing the end of July...

@JackDaniels4ever13 Bah c sur parfois ca fout la chienne dans les sous-sol ou dans la noirceur totale mais c'est juste l'endroit, ya rien d'hanté la-dedans. Si tu est dans un endroit réputé hanté ou tu c quIl y a eu des morts tu vas déja être plus craintif. Le moindre petit bruit peut te faire sursauter et ton imagination peut te jouer des tours. On dirait qu'aussitot qu'un endroit est abandonné et qu'il y a eu des morts c'est hanté, c'est de la foutaise tant qu'a moi.

@JackDaniels4ever13 Je ne veux pas te décevoir, mais je n'ai jamais été témoin d'aucune manifestation. Des bruits bizarres, il y en a toujours dans ce genre d'endroit. A chaque fois que j'en entends je suis du genre a en chercher la cause, et quand je ne la trouve pas, il reste toujours une façon d'en expliquer la cause.
