Great time for a bye before going to UNLV. Time to get some guys healed up and do some extra work where it’s needed. Probably a shootout. Defense gets 5 sacks and a pick. Jeanty rushes for 230, 30 yards receiving 4 tuddys. Maddox passes for 275 and 2 tuddys. Final BSU 55 - 36.

Very weird game. Our stats came out good and the score came out okay, but most of the game felt out of hand for some reason.

Yeah, I was never too worried that we would lose but it was closer than I would have liked. Just one of those games that you have to endure. Not the prettiest or most exciting offensively but the overall performance was actually really good and defensively we did some really nice things.

I agree. Since the east coast pollsters will never see the actual game, stats only might work in our favor on this one.

The o line is still making big holes. The Defense is loading the box with 8 bodies. 5 OL and one TE postal single back. The is going to be a LB filling the hole. It just seems that Jeanty has about a 70% chance to break enough takels. Oh, and Jeanty had more rushing yards against Oregon that every rusher of Ohio State, combined.

I just don't like the late West Coast starts. There is such a thing as East Coast bias and you now these pollsters don't stay up to watch Boise St play.

What can be done? TV networks won't pay BSU for earlier kick times, which the fans in the stands would love. This has been a problem and will continue to be a problem forever. Nothing can be done. And honestly, I don't think anybody on the East Coast gives a crap about MW football even if it was on at better times because the competition is more highly regarded. SEC > Big10 > Big12 > ACC > anybody else

@@johnreaganif BSU can regain their place in the rankings the networks will make better start times, especially when they become PAC 12. Just because that’s an interesting story.
