They were both introduced way back 2005 thru the drama Alone in Love in supporting roles. They were both happy they met again but unluckily, did not prosper. I am hoping too but how? They already replaced Lee Jin Wook for Season 4. I am still looking forward for Season 5 that he will be back since Bang Je Soo told the lady playing piano that "Kaneki is dead". Why he did not mention the name of Kang Woo. I am wishing for a twist. Though I wont watch S4 anymore because of Jin Wook, Ill wait for the possibility of Season 5.

@@HighHope25 I too think that Team Leader Do is still alive because if all of you noticed, Director Kang did not mention TL Do name as one of her teammates that die in the end. Even the scenes at hospital shows Director Kang & her teammates were too relaxed & didn't show any signs of sad & sorrow by the 'dead' of their Team Leader. Well, this is just my assumption though.

LEE JIN WOOK for Season 4 please. Many of your fans will not be watching anymore if Do Kang Woo wont be in season 4. We were disappointed for the sad ending. You must find a twist to bring him back.

@Fuyumi Chan Let us hope for season 5. Many thoughts were left unanswered. Bang Je Soo told the lady playing piano, "Kaneki is dead" but why he did not mention Kang Woo. Also, the picture in piano is Do Kang Woo. It could be his mother since it was mentioned also that there were female members of the Auction Fabre. Kang Kwon Joo mentioned while talking to the doctor that they found already a specialist in US for Kang Woo's illness. Kwon Joo mentioned the 3 names of the detectives died and uttered thanks to the noble sacrifice of Kang Woo. She should have just included Kang Woo together with the other detectives. For the meantime, I will just wait for the new drama of Lee Jin Wook soon and pray for his return in Voice.

@@HighHope25 adding to what you've already said, where was do kang woo standing in the last few minutes of voice 3? It looked like the seaside or an island. It certainly did not look like it was unpopulated which begs the question...where is he?. Then there's the whole death scene. We don't know where exactly he was shot. People have survived a bullet to the head and for all we know it could have just grazed him. Why did we not get a scene of kang centre of kang centre standing in front of his grave or a memorial? Why no funeral scene even as a flashback in season 5? Then there's the writer's words "the main characters stay for a minimum of three seasons. However, due to various issues, ‘Voice’ introduces Derek Jo". What issues? I'm guessing since lee jin wook was busy in 2020 end and most of 2021, they had to leave him out of season 4. This means they likely planned to have him back for season 4 but couldn't. Since we are likely headed to America for season 5, what if, just what if we find do kang woo alive and getting treated? I also don't understand why they had to kill him if the exit was pre planned? They could have ended his arc and sent him to America for treated. But they didn't. Why? I think it's likely that member of Fabre labs staged his death because to people as messed up as them, do kang woo would be the perfect lab rat to experiment on. Either that or do kang woo knew the only way for him is to fake his death and seek treatment without alerting people to it since it would put his teammates at risk.
