Same thing happened to me recently at a tournament. No contact, just trying to chang e direction like I routinely do. POP, excruciating pain, and a diagnosis of an ACL injury with 9 month recovery after surgery :/

Zephiel2 that sucks. Something happen to me recently too, a defender kicked my knee and gave me a MCL sprain. "luckily" just one month of recovery, was not that bad but scared me a lot.Well, hope you have a good recovery man, be patient!
