Not got this iteration but I have three BP Tech Tool 1s all from HH. My favourite is the Ebony wood. It’s super sharp and light and great pocket carry as it comes without the pocket clip. Have never used the glass breaker and I promise you that they are a real pocket shredder if you pocket carry them without the clip. However I have successfully solved this with all 3 of mine by simply grinding down the glass breaker with a diamond file. This was very easy to do. I started with a rough diamond file to break through the toughened outer steel and remove the bulk and then finished off with a fine diamond to make it flush with the scales and smooth it off. I think it looks better and is a good smooth pocket knife now! They’re awesome little knives because the 12C27 sandvik hollow grind is so easy to keep very sharp and they have a lovely smooth walk and talk are light and slim and slip into the pocket once you’ve solved the silly glass breaker problem. 😂

I'd agree that it's basically a modern Sodbuster. As you say it's not an exact copy, but it's close enough I think. Yes, the TT 1 is a good knife isn't it ? I have one of the original black carbon fibre ones, and it's one of the knives I go to if want something a bit heavier duty to carry alongside my SAK.

Lovely tool. But the clip is just not needed for a soddy. They are ment to tumble around in a cargopocket somewhere until one need it :) Not a tool ment to be drawn from the pocket in 1/10 of a second like when Clint Eastwood need to say punks, make my day to villains with staring eyes ;)
