Well, if you watched a very populated nation of a vast territory recently capitulate to your enemy, it would be safe to assume your enemy will try to reinforce their armies with whatever they can gain from there. I’d imagine in this alt-history scenario, especially considering Spain joined the Axis, it’d end up worse than the theoretical Operation Downfall for Japan. I say this because it would involve the massive beachhead landings across more coasts, the campaigns to secure territory, and determining the use of nukes. The first nuke(s) used will be the first impression for the enemy, so, the bottom-line is where are the strategic targets in Europe? You can also break that down to what’s best for the ground campaign vs. political targets with an industrial base far enough behind to support your enemy’s fronts.

Nah, the problem is that when the Axis wins, it is usually a quick and uneventful thing. The Axis get major buffs at the start of the war, so the Allies usually have to either give up Egypt or the Pacific. Both of which make the game extremely hard for the Allies, because Axis either get to dominate the Middle East or the Japanese take the islands that cause the entire Western Allies to lose 10% land attack/defense. Therefore, the Allies and Soviet have to do insane stuffs to secure a win if the Axis isn't full of total idiots. Hence, it is why the majority of the highlight videos are the Allies winning. It is funny to see the Axis just eat dirt and it is amazing to see the Allies do amazing counter-attacks. It is boring to see the Axis completey streamroll the Allies because they get event combat boasts that allow them to take stuff which will debuff the Allies.

Honestly not necessarily. It helps to some regard with understanding what’s happening. Or when 10 tanks are encircled just how devastating it is. Or how 10 tanks can be a minor inconvenience when it’s a Soviet light tank build. But for entertainment value if you enjoy the videos without understanding Hoi than that’s all there is. I remember the fall guys video. I’ve never played fall guys nor do I understand the game yet it’s still one of my favourite non paradox videos.

It was not cringe for the Axis to surrender. Axis knew they had no real chance to win the game and they already been playing for hours. With over 1,000 planes lost, the Axis lost the ability to secure green air over the front. It means the Allies would have been able to keep on nuking more Axis airfields. Therefore, by the time Axis get their own nukes, they couldn't even use them due to losing air superiority. Meanwhile, the Allies at that time could freely rain nukes on any major Axis forces and Axis industries.
