Rugby League coach here and I like this 'tracking' drill - particularly the 3rd example with the hands behind the back and keeping the head up. We want to hold them down at the end so I'll cut that last bit out of the drills - but still great video. It's interesting to learn different techniques and ways of dong things across different codes and sports.
