Bakugo couldn't fight his quirk would have made the fire worse and Shoto could only use ice with someone on his back. They only used their quirks to stop dark shadow.

@lsls2 I definitely think that darkshadow could one shot Bakugo but that's true for Bakugo one shoting dark shadow. Bird guy has even admitted that Bakugo has the advantage. Bakugo has the quirk advantage while bakugo had the speed advantage.

@lsls2 I just realized I wrote Bakugo had both advantages but I meant to say Bakugo had the quirk type advantage while bird guy has the strength advantage. I wrote that reply in a hurry. I personally believe that Bakugo could very well win against Dark Shadow because of the quirk advantage and the fact that Bakugo has better speed feats (I think I haven't really kept up with the story). I will agree that bird guy does have a physical advantage with the fact that Bakugo really doesn't have a boosted physical strength he works with movement and quirk strength and as you said Bakugo admitted to being physically weaker (I really don't know where he said it but I believe you).
