Donna consoles Nick about losing Brooke. She sneakily drops the idea to Nick that she is willing to step up in Brooke’s place in the company. Nick vows to make Forrester Creations bigger and better than ever. Stephanie tells Eric that she will never forgive him for his actions. They fight about their marriage and Stephanie begins to realize that she may be beginning to lose him. Stephanie apologizes to Eric and later places a phone call to Taylor for help. Ridge and Brooke talk about how in love they are and then they make love.

I do think Brooke feels very connected to the Forresters. In this situation, she is by their side. Here she really acted like a Forrester. And Eric? Yes what to say? Apart from the fact that they could have gone to trial - because it would be testimony against testimony and the outcome in question, especially if the judge hears that Nick blackmailed the Forresters - Eric meant well, but I can also understand Stephanie's anger. She was always the one who made business decisions. Eric has really always taken the easiest path and has avoided confrontation.

Nick had so many ways like Bill,Eric was protecting Stephanie always when she got herself into a mess,Even when she was the one who caused Eric to make a decision to protect her and his family,But I like Stephanie and how she was protecting her family but did she go to far all the time manipulating to get what she wanted or thought was best for her and her family.

This is so stupid. They made stephanie here what she wasn't at all. Yes, she wanted control things. But she showed a lot of care for Eric in the years after their first marriage. But they really changed her character after 2000 into something she wasn't. He abused her. In the beginning he was very cold and distant to her. No she isn't a bad person. And in the early years it was him being cold to her.

Agree. He took advantage of the fact that she was absolutely loyal and was the strong back of the company. He was happy to take her father's money and only thought about anything below his belt after that. He always cheated on her. No wonder that a woman then also becomes harder. He's as selfish like Ridge. Only in the last few weeks before her death was he a caring husband. Unfortunately it was too late by then. Where are his "Irish eyes" at this point?

​@@annlavine3576 after everything that Eric did to Stephanie he has the nerv of playing victim and giving her the fault. He hasn't worked at all on his marriages. In the beginning of the show for many years it was Stephanie who worked and fought to Eric, the family, the Business and her marriage. She was there for him time and time again after all his lying, betrayal and cheating and all his failed marriages. He was cold and distant to her. When he sees disappoint in her eyes it is because he has hurted, disrepected, humiliated and disappointed her over and over again for decades at this point. Stephanie was his rock, friend and Partner through all of it. Eric was always all about himself, his wants needs and wishes and his precious company. Eric isn't capable of love. He only cared about himself, never anything or anyone else. Eric loved beth that much, that he screwed two of her daughters. Eric was always about busisness and company. Any woman would turn into an ICE block the treatment Eric gave Stephanie for decades. After everything what he did to her, it was a mircale that she even let him breath.

Love The Brooke, Katherine and Ridge, Ronn scenes..they are very at ease and have that connection and chemistry even after 20 years from the begining. These characters always seem to be at the most content when they script calls for them to be together.

What’s a man to do when he has a wife that hates intimacy, and shut it down for good after having kids?? Susan Flannery no longer worked in this role with John McCook as the years went by. I suspect that’s why she left the show. It was tiring to watch. He’s always been such a passionate character in his roles, and pairings with his leading ladies.

​​what women wants a Partner who constantly lies, cheates, betrayals, disrepects and humiliate her over and over again. It was just in later years after he hurted her over and over again she lost interest in sex. Stephanie fought for years and did everything for him. In the beginning it was her who was constantly turned down by him and dumped her over and over again for younger women. She was such a good, loyal and loving friend to him. She tried very hard to be a good wife. They had sex after they had kids. Their relationship was described as very sexual (in the beginning of the show). And it was him who for 13+ years wasn't into sex with her and screwed every other women in town. But now he wants her to have sex with him. Susan had chemistry with everyone she worked and was the best actor in the Show. She was the Star and the only lead and center character/actress. Sadly, McCook is a lousy and terrible actor, who lacked chemistry with the most of his female partners and lacked a great deal of starpower and screen presence and had and still has no acting talent at all. Susan left the show because she wanted to retire and she didn't like the direction the show was taking since years in terms of writing, storyteller, character development and in production. Seeing JM in love scenes and shirtless always turn my stomach.
