She even followed Stephanie around the house and attacked her. Stephanie defended herself and that's when it happened. Like later Brooke throws Thomas off the cliff or Hope Thomas into the acid barrel. But nobody talks about that.

That's the issue i have with Eric he allowed other people especially women to disrespect Stephanie and when she defends herself he blames her he has always been a weak cheater

Correct. The fact that he fired her even though he knew she legally owned the company shows that he never valued the large part she played in the company's success. Instead, he ran after every skirt, flirting. Only later, when she died, did he realize what he had in her.
