And she had to endure just as much from him because he was always cheating. He got more and more ridiculous the older he got. He had nothing on his mind but sex. @@shiningarmor8709 That is not entirely true. At first, Stephanie didn't even know that Eric wasn't the father. She find it out years later. There might have been a chance, but we also know that from Brooke, who always had to find the right one from among various potential fathers. Stephanie had many incomprehensible actions. She was always the tough and unyielding one, Eric was a wimp. I think they later appreciated each other. Eric already knew that she endured a lot from him and still took him back again and again. In addition, the company would not have been as successful without them. She was a total business woman and Eric was a business failure.

Stephenie knew there was a chance moronie was the father but she kept that a secret because it gave her an advantage over beth who Eric was in love with.

Hope in particular was always good enough to bind either Ridge or Nick to her, even though neither was the father. It doesn't improve morale. And whether Eric would have stayed with Beth is also speculation. Because let's be honest: Eric was glad that Stephanie or her father gave him the opportunity to be financially secure to make his dream come true. And Beth didn't have any money. So how could he have started a company?
